Arrivederci! is a modern and communicative language course for adults and young adults (ages 16 and older) with or without previous knowledge of Italian language. With a slow and gradual progression, Arrivederci! is also suitable for students who have never studied a foreign language. It consists of three volumes covering respectively levels A1, A2 and B1/B1+ of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

Each volume includes the Student’s book, the Workbook and the audio CD. The audio CD is offered in both “natural” (attached to the book) and “slow” version (available on our web site) and therefore easier to understand.

Arrivederci! is an extremely easy-to-use course. It presents a clear structure and a pleasant graphic layout which, by lowering the affective filter, immediately puts the student at ease.

Arrivederci! 1 fornisce circa 60 ore di lezione e offre:

• 12 unità didattiche più le sezioni Facciamo il punto? (poste dopo le unità 4, 8, 12) che propongono attività stimolanti e ludiche;
• attività ed esercitazioni che integrano tutte e quattro le abilità linguistiche;
• uno sviluppo graduale della competenza comunicativa;
• una progressione dolce;
• una struttura e materiale didattico che tengono conto dei diversi stili di apprendimento;
• un’immagine viva dell’Italia;
• attività varie e stimolanti volte al consolidamento delle strutture grammaticali, lessicali e comunicative apprese;
• la sezione L’Italia da vicino che, attraverso l’uso di materiale autentico, mira a far entrare in contatto gli studenti con l’Italia reale;
• per ogni unità, la pagina Ripassiamo che riassume in chiare e comode tabelle tutti gli elementi comunicativi e grammaticali incontrati;
• in chiusura dell’unità, la Scheda di Autovalutazione Cosa so fare? che permette agli studenti di valutare i progressi fatti;
• un’Appendice grammaticale ben organizzata e facile da consultare;
• un Test di verifica finale;
• un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo (che rimarrà invariato almeno per due anni!).

Nella versione per anglofoni sono in inglese gli obiettivi delle unità; le consegne di tutte le attività; le note a margine sulla grammatica, sull’Italia e gli italiani; i Learning Tips; le tabelle comunicative e grammaticali, le Schede di Autovalutazione e l’Appendice grammaticale. Infine in fondo al volume si trova il glossario italiano-inglese con la traduzione di tutti i termini e le espressioni dello Student’s book e del Workbook.
